Experienced in managing Custom Home Builds and Renovations within Houston’s most affluent neighborhoods, Théa is fervent that beautiful and timeless living spaces be made more accessible.

Thea’s approach to interiors and use of space draws on her exposure to the nuances of European, Asian, and American lifestyles and their unique design considerations. Through emphasizing the use of natural light and space to enhance a room's ambience, whilst too giving priority to functional elements, her designs give thoughtful consideration to the overall living experience.

  • 6 Hours of devoted in-home design tailored to your personal needs and desires. More comprehensive than an initial consultation and fully-customizable, together we will create the new design template for your home.

  • A service that seamlessly fuses our Design offering with Construction Project Management expertise. We work collaboratively with the selected team of contractors to manage and control the planning, budgeting, scheduling, and build phases.
